Buenavista Golf is a clear example of a respectful golf course embedded in its natural environment. Taking advantage of combining its spectacular views and micro- reserves of endemic Canarian flora and fauna.
Through our commitment with the environment, the course has obtained the quality certificate and environmental management of all resources, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 acknowledged by TÜV, and has been awarded with the “Prize Madera Verde 2006”.

Aware of the importance of protecting our environment and meeting the expectations of our customers and other interested parties, the golf course BUENAVISTA GOLF (Nueva Isla Baja, SA) maintains an Integrated System of Quality and Environment in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards.
Our activities and facilities are conceived with the objective of optimizing the protection of the environment, preventing pollution, protecting biodiversity and minimizing both internal and external negative impacts. Likewise, the activities and facilities are developed with the objective of offering a better customer service, in line with our strategic direction, as well as making it part of our commitment to the environment.
We are aware of the impacts generated by a golf course, (water consumption, soil pollution, pressure on the environment ...) and more in an environment of high ecological value like ours. Therefore, our goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our environmental performance and our processes, within the framework of our commitment to continuous improvement.
In the same way, we acquire the commitment to fulfill all the requirements applicable to the golf course, legal or otherwise, in environmental and quality matters. Our approach is characterized by openness and objectivity, with the commitment to sensitize course’s staff, both our own and subcontractors and suppliers, about the principles contained in this document, which are delivered to them.
This policy will be kept up to date and will be adapted to the realities of the course and the context in which it is located.
